ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION (copyright LVL 2014)


  1. Denomination: the club’s name is MAGIC BALLS or abbreviated MB’S and cannot be used in any other way or matter whatsoever. 
  2. Date of incorporation : 21/4/2014
  3. Registered office : the seat is at Paul’s bar and all correspondence ( including registered email) is to be sent at Paul Praline @ polygon. Here the annual meeting will take place in january. 
  4. The registered capital is 0 euro and all capital increases will start with a wiring of 1.000€ before the end of january on the account of dr. Pillesteros
  5. Members dr law/dr bones/don tist/dr falschteeth/dr love/Pillesteros/pralineros/dr thirsty/ the captain/ dr black. 
  6. DurationThe Chairman (President) is Dr Bones and Vice Chairman P. Praline. Company secretary is Dr Teeth. The others are 'ordinary' members.
  7. Board of directors : the chairman(president) is dr bones and vice chairman is pralineros. Company secretary is don tist. Pillisteros as tresorier.The others are ordanary members. 
  8. Purpose : MB is a multi-cultural non-profit club that seeks to combine the multiple talents of all members into an unique melting-pot.
  9. Activities : two 2-day outings and two 1-day outings a year. This can be changed every year at the annual meeting in pauls place
  10. Confidentiality :Every member is to keep strictly confidential anything that happens (golf or non-golf related) and sanctions range from free drinks to open bar.
  11. Dispute resolution : In case of any controversy, discussion or dispute that can not be resolved amicably, the Court of the permanent residence of dr Law shall be sole competent to decide in first instance and appeal.
